A Holly’s Kitchen storefront is coming to Toronto.
We have been cooking Nigerian food to order since 2017, working out of a Toronto kitchen and delivering across the GTA. The next step is a physical storefront. Walk-ins, dine-in, a counter where you can watch the jollof finish over open flame, and a freezer of small chops you can grab on the way home.
We are not announcing the location yet. The lease and the build-out come first. The opening date will go to this email list before it goes anywhere else, including Instagram.

What the storefront will be
The full picture, from what we know now.
The build-out is still being designed. These are the things that are non-negotiable in the brief.
Open kitchen
You can watch the jollof finish over flame from the counter.
Daily plates
Two to three signature plates daily, made fresh.
Walk-in pickup
Order online or at the counter. Out the door in 20 minutes.
Dine-in seating
Twenty-something seats. Counter and a few tables.
A small chops freezer
Grab-and-go puff puff, moi moi, meat pie. Ready to heat.
Catering pickup
Trays you collect on the way to the event.
Until we open
The kitchen is still cooking.
We deliver hot across the GTA Tuesday through Sunday. We cater across Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, and Markham. The menu, the spice blends, and the cook are all the same now as they will be at the counter.
